Let us handle everything from delivery to your first Swarm Catch!
The Set-up fee does not include 2nd trip for swarm catch transfer or include harvest time support. If you would like to request these be added, simply let us know and we’ll estimate an invoice for those travels (Payable in advance) as part of your Apiary order.
When you order one of our Apiary Packages (4–48 hives), we’ll come to you and take care of every step — thoughtfully, professionally, and rooted in permaculture design.
We’ll help you decide where to put it, how to put it there, and why. And before we leave, we’ll make sure you have everything you need with digital and PDF resources and calendars for success in a 1hr in person live consultation with our founder, Jamon.
Here’s what’s included with our White Glove Apiary set up Service:
✅ We bring the hives — fully built, insulated, Painted, and ready to receive bees on your land. (Optional Upgrade: Include a live event and Painting Party with your tribe!)
✅ We place each hive with precision, using site-specific guidance and property analysis before we arrive, based on wind, sun, flow, forage zones, and pollination needs (Optional upgrade: Get a full property permaculture design to include orchards, vineyards, regenerative gardens and livestock in alignment with your family vision)
✅ We install traps, frames, and divider boards in your trees, so your system is optimized for sustainability from day one. We’ll even help find local support!
✅ We walk you through everything, from natural beekeeping practices to permaculture pollinator integration and bee friendly plant species selection.
✅ We can even paint, insulate, or reinforce your hives with metal edging and top plate, and laser engraving, if you choose a custom upgrade to suit your brand/farm.
✅ We stay connected, offering post-installation mentorship and access to our TIAG Community resources through a dedicated private Portal only YOU and your invited stakeholders have access to.
